Topics include team-based models, advanced practice roles, care coordination, and the growing use of artificial intelligence and advanced diagnostics. The day concludes with faculty discussion and a welcome reception.

Explores cardiogenic shock and cardiovascular device therapy, including mechanical circulatory support, defibrillators, remote monitoring, and shock systems of care. Case-based sessions highlight practical implementation, regional networks, and operational best practices.

Provides a practical review of guideline-directed medical therapy, emerging pharmacologic strategies, precision medicine, and sex-based differences in treatment. Includes interactive faculty discussions and an afternoon career development bootcamp in advanced heart failure.

Covers diagnosis and management of HFpEF, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, and cardiac amyloidosis, along with multisystem disease considerations and interpretation of evolving clinical trial data. The program concludes with a forward-looking faculty roundtable.
